1. FREEZE POLICY
You may choose to freeze your account versus a complete deactivation by the following:
Freeze your account for a period of (2) months and unfreeze anytime.
Your monthly payment will be reduced to $9.00 on the regularly scheduled processing day of each month.
You will receive a $9.00 credit for each month that your account is frozen that can be used for new services, products, sessions, and even future monthly payments when you return.
We want to make Freezing your Membership easy, affordable and beneficial to YOU.
Freeze process may take up to (3) days to take effect.
*Memberships cannot be deactivated while frozen.
*All membership requires 3 months minimum
*Bogo does not prorate memberships
2. MODIFY CURRENT MEMBERSHIP
At Bogo Tanning, we understand that your needs may change over time, and sometimes added services may no longer be necessary.
That's why we offer an easy way for you to modify your account services directly through our website's Modify page.
Instead of deactivating your membership, you can adjust your plan to better fit your current preferences, allowing you to continue enjoying your favorite services at a more manageable rate.

3. DEACTIVATION POLICY
Although we are sad to see you go, we do not agree to charge you a cancellation fee to exit your membership. So, we have a simple 30-day request policy to deactivate any and all memberships.
Upon initiation of your 30-Day deactivation request form, your account will be billed one final time on the normal processing date.
(All membership requires 3 months minimum)
BOGO DOES NOT PRORATE MEMBERSHIP/MONTHLY PAYMENTS
FINAL MONTHLY PAYMENT will be left on account as "IN SALON CREDIT" to reuse at later date if not able to use.
Example:
-It's January 1st. You are normally billed on the 1st of the month. You submit your deactivation request form on the 29th of January to deactivate your account. You will be billed for the last time on the 1st of February. -If your request was submitted on January 2nd, you will still be billed for the last time on the 1st of February.
