DEACTIVATION POLICY;
Although we are sad to see you go we do not agree to charge you a cancellation fee to exit your membership. So we have a simple 30-day request policy to deactivate any and all memberships.
Upon initiation of your 30 Day deactivation request form, your account will be billed one final time on the normal processing date.
BOGO DOES NOT PRORATE MEMBERSHIP/MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Example:
-It's January 1st. You are normally billed on the 1st of the month. You submit your deactivation request form on the 29th of January to deactivate your account. You will be billed for the last time on the 1st of February.
-If your request was submitted on January 2nd you will still be billed for the last time on the 1st of February.

Freeze Policy:
You may choose to freeze your account versus a complete deactivation by the following:
Freeze your account for a period of (2) months.
Your monthly payment will be reduced to $9.00 on the regularly scheduled processing day of each month.
You will receive a $9.00 credit for each month that your account is frozen that can be used for new services, products, sessions, and even future monthly payments.
We want to make freezing your membership easy, affordable and beneficial to YOU.
*Freeze duration can be up to (4) months.
*Freeze process may take up to (3) days to take effect.
*Memberships can not be deactivated while frozen.

Gift Card:
If you are not able to take advantage of your final month, you can give your last 30 days to another person or possibly convert to "another service" or "Gift Card" for use at a later date.
